If the pumpkin seeds are rich in vitamin A, calcium, iron, zinc and phosphorus, essential vitamins for your teeth, your hair and nails, pumpkin pulp is very good for your skin also. Here are two recipes (mask and scrub) you can make at home using this vegetable.
Pumpkin face mask
Mix 2 tablespoons of baked pumpkin with 1 tablespoon of honey and a pinch of cinnamon in a small bowl. Apply the mixture on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
Mix in a bowl ¼ mashed baked pumpkin with ¼ cup of brown sugar. Apply this mixture all over your body when you take a shower. Massage using your hand or with a special loofah. Finally, rinse yourself well.
