Natural treatments for thrush
Powdered alum is highly effective in the treatment of canker sores. Put a small amount on the affected area and let it act for 60 seconds. It has a bad taste, slightly bitter, but will quickly relieve pain. Be careful not to swallow powdered alum. After 1 minute, spit it without rinsing your mouth with water. You’ll get rid of thrush within 24 hours.

Aloe juice is another method used to treat canker sores overnight. Simply apply it several times a day. Aloe has antibacterial and antifungal properties, soothes pain and eliminates canker sores. Don’t apply this treatment excessively because aloe consumed in excess leads to kidney problems.

Salt water treats many mouth infections, and thrush is no exception. Add a tablespoon of salt in a cup of hot water and rinse your mouth several times, keeping water in your mouth 30 seconds each time.

Reduce your mouth’s alkalinity with a mixture of baking soda and hot water. Rinse your mouth several times a day. You can also try making a paste of baking soda, salt and water, and apply it on the thrush. This mixture reduces mouth bacteria and quickly heals injuries.
