A breathing exercise, practiced regularly, soothes your back pain. When you notice that your back hurts, lie down or sit in a comfortable position and touch your front teeth with your tongue. Exhale through your mouth, pulling out a slight hiss.
The next step is closing your mouth and try to slowly inhale through your nose, counting to 4. Hold your breath as you count to 7, then exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds. Inhale and repeat this process three times.
